Hi everyone, my name is Chris Robinson ( @deansmum on Twitter ) and I feel very honored to be have been named Shawn Christian Fan of the Month. Thank you Beth.
Just a little bit about me, I am married, with 2 awesome boys Dean and Paul. They will be 26 and 23 this year. They are my life! I live in a small country town in NSW on the east coast of Australia. I have watched Days regularly since 1980, it is my hour of escape each day, and it keeps me relatively sane!!
I have been a fan of Shawn’s for a long time, and was thrilled when the ‘awesome, scruffily gorgeous’ Doctor Jonas first showed up on Days. From the early scenes with Chelsea on the park bench, he had me. Those eyes, that smile, hmm need I say more! In Australia the whole Danloe story line has really only just begun, so I am ready for the ride that all you other girls have been on for the last year.

Since I found Shawn on Twitter my life has changed so much. Through following him I have met so many wonderful women, and am so grateful for their friendship, some from the beginning, and some very new ones. Aly and Kel you started the ball rolling and for that I thank you. Each of you girls has made me feel so welcome, thank you! I doubt there is a nicer bunch of women anywhere!

Shawn, you are so generous and kind to your fans and I appreciate each and every tweet that comes my way. I am pretty sure that the other girls do as well. You have no idea how one tweet can make a day instantly brighter.:) Getting a message from you at Christmas or on my Birthday is so very special, so thank you for all my messages.

Shawn you have such a kind heart, and the charity work that you (and other Days actors do) is amazing, giving back is such a privilege. You know that your Angels are inspired by what you do, and I am proud to be the Aussie Angel, although many would probably question my Angel tag! I am so happy to help our head Angel in any way I can, as I know every little bit helps and does make a difference.
The “SHAWN FACTOR” is what keeps us and Shawn connected. Shawn you have that certain something, the kindest of hearts, winning smile, such a caring nature, you are an exceptional human being and as Aly would say “Damn boy you’re HOT!!” (Blushes and hides)
You must know we all love you and appreciate everything you do.
Shawn I look forward to the continuing journey of the hunky Dr Jonas on Days, enjoying your superb acting on future ventures, and I can’t wait to see Secrets of the Mountain.
Shawn thank you for being YOU, you make a difference in all our lives. You are the reason why I have so many beautiful ladies in my life. I know that there is always someone to talk to at any hour of the day, and that a problem shared makes everything easier to handle. Loneliness is not in my vocabulary anymore! You all have no idea how much better my life is now…. XO Beware in Dallas Shawn, because I will be getting some Angels to pass on hugs from me!
So thank YOU Shawn, and thanks also to ALL you wonderful girls, Aly, Lori, Kelly, Katie, Mary, Anna, Jani, Renee, Shay, Kristi, Lisa, Kat, Rachel, Molly, Robyn and you Beth for this honor. You each have a special place in my heart and I love all of you. (Oh I hope I didn’t forget anyone!! apologies if I did, I blame old age!) You are my early risers, my middle of the day gals, and my night owls.
